All of Bill Acker Consulting Services' (BACS) estimates are customized to fit the project at hand. Estimates typically follow the chronological order of how the project is being constructed, and are broken out by the primarily building components or major areas of work. Upon request, a supplemental estimate report may be furnished with the costs broken out in the CSI or other desired formats.

Besides presenting detailed cost breakouts, BACS provides accompanying narratives which explain estimate assumptions, clarify inclusions and exclusions, and list potential logistics and design problems.

The goal of each estimate report is to provide an easy to read format that thoroughly walks one through a project, leaves one with a good understanding of what is going on, and is referenced well enough to look up several months later and find any given scope detail with a minimal amount of effort.
